An Evening in Kibble Palace — Prize Draw Terms

1. 1.

   The promoter is Curely, [FILL: legal entity and registered address].

2. 2.

   The draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary at any stage and no purchase improves your chance of winning.

3. 3.

   Open to persons aged 18 or over who live in or within reasonable travelling distance of Glasgow and are able to attend the venue on the evening of Monday 10 August 2026. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families may not enter.

4. 3a.

   Travel to and from the venue is the responsibility of the winner and their guest. No travel, accommodation or expenses are included in the prize.

5. 4.

   Entries close at 6.00pm on Thursday 6 August 2026. Entries received after this time are not counted.

6. 5.

   To enter, complete the form at curely.com/kibble and confirm your email address via the link sent to you. Entries that are not email-confirmed by the closing time will not be included in the draw.

7. 6.

   Each entrant receives one entry. Entrants receive one additional entry for each person who registers using their unique referral link and confirms their email address before the closing time, up to a maximum of ten additional entries. Maximum eleven entries per person.

8. 7.

   Fifteen winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 10.00am on Friday 7 August 2026, using a computerised random selection process. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. 8.

   Each winner receives admission for themselves and one guest to An Evening in Kibble Palace, Kibble Palace, Glasgow Botanic Gardens, on Monday 10 August 2026 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Thirty places in total. The prize has no cash alternative and is not transferable other than as set out in clause 10.

10. 9.

    Winners will be notified by email on Friday 7 August 2026 and must confirm attendance within 24 hours. Places not confirmed within 24 hours may be reallocated.

11. 10.

    Each winner will be sent a link to pass to their guest. Guests must register themselves, be aged 18 or over, and complete registration by 6.00pm on Sunday 9 August 2026. Guest places not claimed by this time may be reallocated.

12. 11.

    Winners’ first names and last initials will be published at curely.com/kibble/winners and in a promotional email on Friday 7 August 2026. By entering, you consent to this.

13. 12.

    The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, or made using multiple or disposable email addresses.

    The promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel the event where circumstances beyond its control require it, including venue availability. In that event, entrants will be notified by email.

16. 15.

    Your personal data is processed by Curely in accordance with our privacy policy at [FILL: URL]. Entry data is retained for 90 days following the event. Marketing consent, where given, is held separately and may be withdrawn at any time.

    Kibble Palace is operated by Glasgow City Council, which is not a promoter of and has no responsibility for this draw.

    These terms are governed by Scots law.
