Doors, After Hours
The gates shut to the public at six. At half past, thirty of us walk back in. The glasshouse is quiet in a way it simply isn't during the day.
An Hour of Mat Pilates
A full-body mat class led by Kerry — slow, controlled work built around breath and alignment rather than burning out. Complete beginners are genuinely fine here. If you've done Pilates before, there's plenty to push into.
Tea & No Rush
What closes the evening refreshment, conversation, a takeaway. Out by half eight, with the light still going.

We did this last month.

One evening won't change much. Small things, kept up, will.
Curely is built around small, consistent changes to what you eat and how you live — the kind you can actually keep going. Whether you're working towards a weight goal or holding steady where you are, it helps you find the next small change, and then the one after that.
No plan to follow to the letter. Nothing you're not allowed.

Kibble Palace
Built in the 1860s as John Kibble's private conservatory on Loch Long, dismantled, floated up the Clyde and rebuilt here in 1873. It's a Category A listed building — iron and glass, a domed rotunda, marble Victorian statues, and the national collection of Australasian tree ferns, some of which have stood in this room for more than 120 years.
For its first years it was an events venue as much as a glasshouse: Disraeli and Gladstone both spoke here.
